Before You Arrive

Completed consent form
Fill it out in full (no blank sections). Sign where required.
Minor’s valid photo ID
School ID or government-issued ID (whatever applies). Ask us if you’re unsure.
Parent/guardian valid photo ID
The consenting parent/guardian must be present at check-in.
Proof of guardianship (if needed)
If last names differ or guardianship isn’t obvious, bring documentation proving legal authority.
